Making people and organizations resilient and agile is therefore the core of social innovation for us.
The changing population in the Benelux, Europe, UK and US requires a different approach and policy. It presents governments and organizations with the challenge of responding to this. Otherwise they will lose the connection with a large part of their customers - citizens, care recipients, students, consumers.
